The last thing we need is another AI. The situation is an embarrassment of riches. There are just too many applicants and not enough patience to actually evaluate them. We are focused more on rejecting them rather than selecting. If podcast works for you so be it. How many will take the effort. Maybe that is your screening right there.

If I have some time and some great tehies (even with bad resumes), I would build an AI that would ask the candidate to send a podcast ... tell their story....u get the right fit....like that bloody facial recognition thing....let's have that voice recognition / voice analysis thing.....want to take a shot at tit with me??
